Yes, you may cancel your order if it has not been shipped. We accept returns as well, if the item has not been opened or used. For returns, shipping costs will need to be borne by you.

For items that are incorrect or damaged, we will accept provide full exchange at our cost. Nothing for you to pay!

When you place an order, we will be in touch with you every step of the way. You will be notified of when the order will ship and the courier’s tracking number when it is ready.

Our products are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Yes we do! We will ship to anywhere in the world, as long as it is covered by major couriers such as FedEx, DHL or UPS.

No, you do not have to. You may check out as a guest or register with us if you wish to keep an account of your purchase history.

For local deliveries in Singapore, we charge $15.00 for orders below $100.00. Orders above $100 qualify for free delivery. For international customers, you will see your shipping cost during chcekout.

No, we don’t impose any minimum order quantities. Any order quantity will work for us.
